DJ Hero Game features a track list of 93 original mixes of over 102 songs covering a wide array of musical genres like hip-hop, electronica, RB, Motown, pop, and rock. Here's some of artists you'll hear : JAY-Z, Eminem, Daft Punk, Black Eyed Peas, Rihanna, The Killers, Kid Cudi, Gwen Stefani, Marvin Gaye, Beck, The Beastie Boys, and plenty more. The game's wireless Turntable controller brings a resourceful novel twist to the "Hero" series as players use the Turntable to mix and scratch original remixes from the track list. The wireless Turntable controller features a rotatable turntable that has three "stream" buttons, an effects dial, a crossfader, and a "Euphoria" button. But what if you have a pal that just makes reference to catch on to the new wave and still favors to rattle and hum? Well Activision had no want to leave any one out so they snuck in 10 in particular mixed songs that fit with Guitar Hero game play in the "DJ vs. Guitar".

Two versions of the game are available : the DJ Hero Standard Edition and the DJ Hero Renegade Edition.
